We are a Black woman-led boutique agency that creates courageous communications, campaigns and community programs informed and inspired by multicultural communities.

Our clients come to us to engage multicultural communities. Our clients want to make a difference and improve systems but don’t know where to begin or how to insert themselves into the conversation. They also come to us because we don’t treat our clients like accounts, but as partners. Their successes are society’s wins.

Through our 4R journey, we minimize adding to the historical harms that have deeply impacted communities of color. Our clients invest in our methodology to create sustainable and lasting change. We do not offer communications solutions before we deeply understand a problem. Through quantitative and qualitative research, we glean insight on societal challenges and report back to our clients. From there, we provide actionable and measurable recommendations.

We partner with clients who recognize they have DEI challenges and want to correct them. Our Cornell University-informed approach begins with assessment and ends with measurable actions. From improving employee engagement to counteracting unconscious bias, we work with clients to customize actionable DEI plans.
